The EU decarbonisation process can have significant positive side effects externally, including in the European neighbourhood. However, to produce win-win outcomes, equity should be kept at the forefront of climate cooperation through both diplomatic efforts and technical and financial assistance. European instruments such as the Carbon Border Ad justment Mechanism (CBAM) and the EU’s Green Taxonomy are a case in point.Biblioteca actual | Signatura topográfica | Estado | Fecha de vencimiento | Código de barras | Reserva de ítems | |
